No Bull Sh**! This video will work if you apply it. This video is not intended to be the things you have seen in the past (traditionally.) This is functional programming with applications that have been applied with success. As a personal trainer with over a decade of experience I have used this with results. At my strongest in grappling specifically, I have used these principles to smash opponents. Don’t use this and expect to bench 300+ , expect this to practically work by crushing your opponents, building your gas tank and be the strongest in the game.
