Love the video great tips on things definitely I need work on must watch
This has been one of my favourite Gordon instructionals so far. It’s definitely levelled up my open guard. I find supine to be easier to understand and be successful with then open guard what he shows also works very well with the leg lock system from open guard positions like DLR, reverse DLR, Ashi Garami, X guard. There is even a section on Barimbolos that I haven’t delved into too much, but I’m excited to practice in the future. My only criticism would be better titled the video chapters that were more descriptive and representative of the contents of the video and the visual notes and flow charts could be more detailed if we’re paying extra for it. The level of detail on the digital resources is definitely inconsistent.
