Great instructional ! The dillema between yoko sankaku and kimura has shown to be really useful at the gym. The instructional is really well organised, which allow you to run through videos pretty fast even if you have missed some points in the previous ones. One of the best instructional I have bought so far together with systematically attacking from top pins : mount. Various ways of isolating the near and far arms are presented, which I have never seen before. This helped me a lot countering side control escapes even against higher belts ! Gold content.

Very detailed an easy to follow. I decided to make the purchase after watching Gordon demonstrate his 'Isolating the Far Arm' series in his match with Rowe. I was not disappointed; he pretty much lays out that whole part of his game. Worth every dollar!

I say it over and over. Jiu jitsu is a sport where superb knowledge and the ability to apply it is paramount! Gordon is the pinnacle of BJJ success; he happens to be an exceptional instructor as well. Get his DVDs... all of them! =]

It is a very good video but some of the techniques require a bit deeper explanation. I bought danahers triangle video after this and then the content made significantly more sense as I was not getting a breakthrough with the Kimora / side triangle combo.
