Very well organized and easy to follow. The instructional does a great job of showing how to enter, control, and attack from the crucifix instead of treating it like just a one-off position. Lots of useful details that make the position feel much more reliable and connected.
Awesome good methodical details.
A great instructional of you play crucifix
I really enjoyed this video. I had previously thought of the crucifix much more as a singular position, but the transitions into triangles and front strangles are very nice.

Great Crucifix strategies and techniques from Gordon Ryan!
Great indepth instructional with much explored
This is a great way to become proficient at the crucifix position. Excellent details that make these techniques work. Highly recommend this and it works especially well in combination with the Kimura and Front Headlock instructionals also by Mr Ryan.
Excellent. First class description of how to integrate the various submission chains with the position especially triangle and kimura options. Very extensive coverage really enjoyed instructional
If you’re interested in attacking the upper body and staying away from the legs then this series is a great way to learn how to isolate and attack the arms and head.
👍
There’s not a lot of instructionals that clearly go over the crucifix. It’s always a series of entries and blah blah. As always, Gordon systematically breaks down the what, where, when, why, and how about the position.
All of Gordon's instructionals are great, but I was admittedly on the fence about this one until I watched it. Mainly because it's much shorter than the others, and I always considered crucifix a relatively niche position. But of course, Gordon has systematized the whole thing where I can see how I can immediately start implementing crucifix into my game.
