If you can't escape the back well... study this material and you will be extremely hard to control. You also learn the reverse of this coin, how to properly control from the back. Every Gordon Ryan instructional is gold. If you are serious about jiu jitsu I suggest getting this and many other instructionals by him and his coach Danaher. This is an immense opportunity. Just google how much a 1hr private session is with either of these two men. What a freaking steal these instructionals are!!! You just need to use them effectively.

Gordon tells you everything you need to escape the back. This is the best tutorial I have ever scence. Reason why it covers every scenario of the back. Galvao should have watched this.

Gordon Ryan has become one of the premiere instructors of jiu-jitsu, not just one of the greatest competitors of all time (if not the greatest). His instructional bypass all the low percentage garbage that doesn't work at a high level so that you can create a game that's void of waisted effort and time. This series is no different. Gordon teaches us the escapes and the principles that that make him uncontrollable from the back. The difference between this instructional and others is that Gordon uses these escapes on a regular basis where most other high level competitors teach escapes but abide bad positions so often that when they end up there they look like white belts and panic. You can be sure of several things when watching one of Gordon's game changing instructional; he won't leave anything out (no secret techniques he won't show you, you can watch him use the systems he teaches at the highest levels), he will over deliver (more info than you can absorb in one or two viewings), and your game will take an amazing jump forward. Thank you Mr. Ryan

By far the best back defence series I have ever seen. Mr. Gordon Ryan is an amazing teacher which is a rare gift. I have been using the techniques in this series over the last month and back escapes have become much easier. The bottom line is they work! 5 Stars all the way. I will definitely be buying another series with Mr. Gordon Ryan
