Good details and all are not difficult to execute.
Basic takedowns but well explained, it is good if you teach jiu jitsu and want to add more information to your students.
very good
Mica explains details very well.
Great stuff for beginners and advanced grapplers. Love to watch this young champ Mica in action. Great technique and very nice understandable language. Highly recommend!

I'm not a huge takedown player, but these takedowns are relatively easy to learn and set up.

This helped alot. Mica is a great teacher. Very easy to understand the concepts.
I have been working on my standing game for a few years now and I have moderate success. I really like the simple way that Mica teaches the techniques.
This instructional is set at a good price and is a good break from some of the in-depth instructionals (although I enjoy those as well)
love mica's content
Great, this instructional is gold. It will be more than useful for your takedowns game.

I wanted to learn Tornado Throw, and it was a good video
The concepts of the instructional are super digestible and the added details are great when trying them out in training. Awesome compilation of techniques.
M. G. provided an on the point series about single leg and double leg takedows and the marote seonage (same side shoulder throw). He first points out the core concepts of setting up a takedown or throw successful by focusing and stance, distance, propper gripping and movment to offbalance your opponent and make him react. Then he is going into single and double leg takedowns in sharp details and dealing with the most common reacions. Followed by diving into marote seonage and how to deal with a stiff arm. The last part focuses on how to counter your opponent´s single leg attempt via loop choke or back take. Highly recommend! i am amazed that such a quite young guy is such an accurate instructor already!
really useful you need to get this
