• Best Course to Really Understand Takedowns

  This course really clarified my understanding of takedowns as not so only about the motion of the throw but about WHEN to do that motion (as far as stance, movement and balance-yours and theirs). Neil Adams is a judo legend and an awesome coach. I'm so glad I got this course!

  Concepts and Principles explained by Positioning and Technique this is what Sensei Neil Adams does in a very deep yet simple manner. He points out the importance of positioning and moving yourself and your oppinent in a controlled way and to know and respect the balancw lines and therefore using your back leg for ken ken and/or repositioning yourself to hit the technique! A Masterpiece!!
