Nice guard
There's a few absolute gems in here that I've used a lot over the years. The scissor, triangle and back take setups are the best I use of any guard and I'm very greatful for them. Sadly, the rest is fluff. The mechanics of the arm bar just don't work as well once the elbow crosses the centre line. The omoplata seems to ignore the blind spot of a basing far side hand. And his comment in the baseball bat takedown about having to be quick before the opponent uses grips was hilarious.

Great, simple guard system that doesn't require a great deal of athleticism and is fairly easy to remember. Good meat and potatoes tool to add to your belt

This is a nice high percentage system from takedowns to control and sweeps. I like the concept very much of control and chaining attacks. I feel comfortable using this because its effective and easy to learn.

it's imo one of the most energy efficient open guard system. i don't actively look for the position, but once the grips are done, it's really hard to pass this guard.

Great instruction, explained very well, the only issue I would say is some of the camera angles that are used.
