  This instructional and Lachlan's half guard passing instructional are easily the best guard passing videos I have. I watch them repeatedly to problem-solve and make sure I do things properly.

• Icing on the cake for my favorite pass

  Mason is as high-level as you can get, having competed in ADCC. This instructional really broke down my favorite pass and added some positioning and technical aspects that greatly improved my knee cut game.
