• The Art of Defense by Teddy Atlas

  I have most of the Teddy Atlas collection. In my opinion, he's the best boxing teacher out there! I've always been a boxing/fight fan and thought I knew alot about the boxing. After watching Teddy, I quickly realized that I have alot to learn. I now watch boxing and striking with a totally different perspective after getting an education from Teddy's instructionals. Whether you're a young boxer, an MMA fighter, a fan, or a teacher of any form of striking art, you NEED to learn the material covered in this video and all of the other series Teddy has put out! Talking to Teddy someday in person and seeing him teach is now a bucket list item!
