Greg teaches in a great way. Lots of great input
Great insights of an art which is not taught very often precisely in combat schools.

Something that seems simple analysed in all its aspects
great
really useful for mma
Great video showing grapplers how to incorporate striking into their ground game. Easy to understand and apply quickly.
Really great for mma. Ground and pound is an art in itself and Mr Greg is a fantastic teacher
This instructional , Along with part two and three. Will stand as a model for my future martial arts schools mma program.
This video changed my whole perspective on what ground and pound is and how it should be performed. Greg Jackson details how ground striking is an art form separate from any other striking art form, and should be studied and practiced as such. One of my favourite tapes I’ve bought thus far.
Very good
I do like Mr. Jacksons approach to ground and Pound. Very scientific and detailed. So far I watched 2 of his instructionals on the topic. Can't wait for the next. I do recommend to anyone interested in the topic.
