Interesting stuff by Tozi- I am a fan of his Tozi pass, but wish he spent more time on the pass.
The Anti-Tozi Pass
Does a decent job of showing how to defend against bad Tozi/Sao Paulo passes. The uke is assumed to always be using a Tozi pass don't quite differently from how Tozi shows it in his other instructional (which is quite good).

pretty cool but only one problem. I've been doing Jiu-Jitsu for 5 years and not once has someone tried the "Tozi" pass. His whole DVD is built around one escape.
