  This instructional by Professor Bernardo is great! I’m not as athletic and quick as I use to be, so I had to rely on slowing down my opponent through pressure. My Professor loves this system and its what we use a lot. Great video!

  Some great info here on getting into half guard. As a smaller grappler I am always looking for ways to prevent bigger guys from passing my guard and these are extremely useful
