Coach Sergei Beloglazov shows how to attack off of collar ties with underhooks and overhooks as well es body locks and bear hugs. Throws. Trips. Sweeps. Highly recommend!

Fantastic, especially if you are training BJJ. It may not be if you started wrestling yesterday, but with a couple of months of fundamentals, this is a great edition. Most of these positions are low-risk for BJJ. Sergei shows setups that are immediately applicable in BJJ. Highly recommend.
