Awesome straight ankle lock instructional
This instructional exceeded my expextations and for this price is a real bargain. I am a fan of single leg x and straight ankle lock and this is the best tutorial I've seen.

Great finish technique
I'm not a leg locker, but I do hit the footlock when I can. This instructional really helped on getting to the belly-down and finishing it. Highly recommend.

Tarik is probably a too honest guy. this is one of the best leg lock instructional on the entire site, still it is very cheap. He could easily have doubled the eight (and "volumes") of the instructional, but he gives you exactly what you need for your game. do you a favour and buy this one.

I really liked the clear explanation on the mechanics to finish the ankle lock (from slx, 5050). Good combinations and follow-up if the submission is not available. There are also many lapel guards details (RDLR, Worm) which I found more advanced (suited for a coloured belt but a beginner may struggle). Overall a great DVD for a cheap price

the price is very fair, the dvd is very short and the content is very mad as usual with Tarik. The lapel stuff is excellent and it works on the mat even with advanced belts. One of the best instructor, i like the way he explains. I already wait his next DVD to buy it.

Excellent. Fantastic details on shin to shin, single leg x, and leg locks. Great instructional on effective modern techniques that you see wiltse, mica galvao, danaher guys, etc. using all the time but can't find anywhere with this level of detail and synergy.

Some simple entries to control and finishing straight anklelocks and some even more sick lapel control positions that open many Bolo/Crab ride attacks or just sweeps. Overall a really good dvd for guard players in general.
