  This instructional cover so much and helps a ton with under hooks and over hooks for control, chaining submissions. Magids instruction is great and he keeps it simple. From drills, standup passing, control and subs this has a lot of good content

  Magid Hage is one of my favorite BJJ teachers. Interesting character and instructions are easy to watch. I always find his instructions informative. Good selection of overhook and underhook techniques. Definitely recommend you check it out!

  This instructional is truly a hidden gem. Beginning with fundamental concepts of underhook/overhook control, Magid uses these core concepts to introduce us to a slew of passes, escapes, subs, takedowns, and more. Hage has an uncanny ability to illuminate complexities and illustrate technique tying everything together with overhooks and underhooks. I couldn't recommend this more!

• This is My No Gi Game!
