Simple and Effective
Ottimi attacchi dal 2su1 indispensabile per oggi lottatore nogi
Im trying to improve my standup no gi game to compete and I found these video very useful. The coach knows how to explain the important details for the each Russian Tie technique and shows different variations according to your preferences, like when you dont like to put your knees on the ground to shoot a double leg takedown, so he shows an upper body attack option.
Really helped my stand up. Great instruction.
