  In my opinion Marcus Buchecha is one of the best instructor in bjjfanatics. He is showing techiques in very easy way. Always have some techiques that I didnt know. For me te most effective was sweeps from deep halfgurd. Totaly recomend this instructional!

  Very good tutorial the half guard. Easy to translate into non-competition, self defense skills. Buchecha is one of the best super heavyweights in BJJ and it's awesome to see how he maneuvers through the half guard position.
