  I enjoyed Formiga's buttefly guard. I am trying to improve my game on the potential sweeps from this position. I watched the instructional and I was able to use a lot of the moves during rolling so I strongly recommended it if you want to get better at this guard.

  These lessons will give you an in depth understanding of Butterfly guard from various positions. Rafael Formiga does not hold back on the details, his technical understanding of Jiu Jitsu is by far the best and this video demonstrates thats! I highly recommend this series!
