Solid Course
I really enjoyed this course and got the knowledge I was looking for out of it. The instructor is straight to the point. I am not an experienced wrestler, so this helped me not only with what the instructor calls a Cobra Choke (cow catcher in werestling terms i believe), but also in wrestling counters/front headlocks. There's not really any wasted time, the instructor keeps it moving with the necessary information, and shows different angles. The instructor also shows how to set up other submissions from this position. I learned a lot, and it gave me some stuff to think about, which is why I give it five stars.

Everyone who likes front chokes and headlocks must watch this video. the video is great and the technique is a real hidden gem. you get a secret weapon for little money...go for it

I've learned so much from this video. It's giving me more confidence when standing or even just starting from the knees. I believe the cobra choke is going to be a game changer for my Jiu Jitsu game.

Great instructional of a choke you can get to from a very common position, and one you probably won't learn at your gym. Your training partners might not like it, though, I feel bad for uke in this one lol

What a great instructional! This position is literally everywhere. Mike is an incredible instructor. It is evidenced. Every time he shows a move, his accuracy is outstanding. He explains things simply and concisely and reviews it a few times and moves on. No fluff or confusing commentary. If you study Brazilian jujitsu, you will hit this move multiple times the first time you are on the mat after watching this. It will also provide you with moves to use against wrestlers. If you are a wrestler or judo practitioner, you will gain a new insight into submissions from this very simple position. This is simply a fantastic find here on BJj Fanatics. I am hoping for more from this incredible instructor. Additionally, Mike shows details to finishing the Kimura and triangles, which can only add to your game… Ps: Imagining, threatening your opponent, every time they shrimp…

I am obsessed with the cow catcher move. It is my favorite finisher and I get a high majority of my submissions from this move. MIke's new series on the Cobra Choike (another name for the Cow catcher) has everything you will ever need to learn about this fantastic move. If you want to overpower and dominate your opponents, this is a must series for you! This by far, one of the best series on BJJfantics. A true masterpiece on how to **** somebody up!

Huge fan of this presentation. I've been grappling for over 30 years submission grappling for over 20 and Mike Demko has taken a basic wrestling technique and expanded it into what is almost an entire mini system of grappling in and of itself. Really simple and easy to comprehend techniques that are high percentage and obvious from the instruction, battle tested. Don't sleep on this. almost three hours of to the point, easy to understand, no nonsense instruction. I learned a lot that I didn't know about one of my favorite techniques.

Mike Demko delivers with this instructional. His mythological approach makes the material easy to digest and easy to implement into your game. Very technical very good I highly recommend this series and look forward to more instructional material from Coach Demko.
