• This saved my back control game

  You definitely can't go wrong when it comes to marcelo instructionals, especially when it comes to the back control. Because I have short stubby legs I cannot body triangle. So controlling the back has been trouble for me. But with marcelos instructional of back control, I've totally improved. The main point I got out of this is that I need I need to always maintain chest to back control with the constant option of reestablishing hooks, angles, chokes, and arm trapping. I call it dynamic back control. With this instructional it gave me a fighting chamce.
