Rodrigo "Comprido" Medeiros made the fastest submission in the absolute category in the Worlds and became the living legend. His footlock techniques give infuluance to 12 time World Champion Caio Terra. We can learn those techniques in this dvd. Highly recomended.

Similar to my last review.. A must have!! There are a lot of guys out there now claiming the title of footlock king, but comprido is the original. Back in the early days of competition he popularized this game for the masses. Worlds fastest submission. In this instructional you will learn the leverage, mechanics, and timing that makes the footlock game so powerful.

I’m a total newb when it comes to foot locks. After having a few dozen of them put on me during rolling, I decided to up my game and pick up this dvd. Comprido is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to foot locks and I can’t wait to try out all the new stuff that I learned from this dvd.

I was lucky to watch live when Comprido won the Open weight Worlds for the first time with a footlock. Since then he has perfected even more the details, he makes it easy to understand and ready to apply.

There are unique elements in Comprido's straight foot lock and toe holds that will forever tighten your game. Minimal effort -- maximum break pressure. (not encouraging you to break your training partners of course, but to prove efficacy)
