  Video was good. I got a few new entrances to the loop choke to work with and a few concepts i was not so aware of. And i have now found that i am looking for the crucifix to attempt some of the finishes. Thanks for the techniques and insight.

• Great details for two often forgotten techniques

  As a huge Baret Yoshida fan, the Crucifix position is a intersting go to option which a lot of people underestimate or even do not really know and understand. And the best part of this instructional: you also get a lot of techniques around the loop choke which is as well often forgotten but highly effective when set up properly
