Great instructional
Awesome video of a simple but effective choke technique. Easy to understand and great teaching.
The way of the fat snake
I really liked this instructional. I have plenty of dvds but I would rate it amongst the 2-3 best videos about gi chokes, especially about the cross collar choke. Paul way of teaching is very straightforward. I really appreciate that he shows all the details that make the choke work.
Good Detail
A Lot of good Details for Choking in and with the Gi.
Really made a difference in
Really made a difference in an area I was struggling to get finishes
Gi chokes that are solid
The instructional contained very good information on setting up and finishing chokes in the Gi. I especially liked the instructors focus on covering different setups involving chokes involving your own lapel. The setups really helped with implementing these moves in sparring.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Chokes by utilizing the gi with maximum efficiency!
Paul Tom shares his very deep knowledge about Jiu Jitsu. About using the gi. About setting up und utilizing the gi in the most efficient way. Whether it your opponent´s gi or your own. His guidance is kept very simple and straight forward and pointing out the details that really matters like the title suggests. But what catched my the most are his concepts that underline his jiu jitsu. Attacking the neck will open up other opportunities. Substitute a choke with another choke. Position before submission until you have the grips set propper then you are able to reverse that order. If you want to get a deep understanding an great details for chokes with the gi this instructional is what you have to get!!! I like his style of breaking down and teaching techniques!! I hope to see more instructinals of him!!

Long Live the Fat Man
This instructional is awesome! I've watched the series twice now, and it's chock full of details for tightening up cross chokes and lapel chokes. My favorite choke on here is the Fat Man.
