I love playing over/under pass and I love to try and throw a knee bar in when the opportunity arrives
Game changer
My favorite pass is the Over Under pass and i play halfguard a lot then i often try to do the kneebar. Kaspers Larsen teaches details that already improved the way i attack my opponent 's knees.

I really dived into this video instructional!!! And, I've been using this submission with great success too!!! I used to use the dog bar and get it 1 out of 10 times... this instructional helped me and is still helping to improve those numbers. Right now, I'm getting the dog bar almost 100%
Dogbar dictionary
Kasper shows lots of ways to get into the dogbar and has good details on finishing. This is a leg lock that most people forget about, but Kasper shows how it can be useful in a variety of situations. The instruction is detailed, but concise so you never feel like things are being dragged out.

You get submission variaties of course plus guard passing and back take options outcofcthe Dog Bar as well as sweeping options. He shows how it all connects and how to deal with common counters too. Absolute recommendation!!

This instructional is a great deep dive into a super underated submission. I was able to implement a lot of the techniques Kasper showed and the dogbar has quickly become one of my most used submissions. Highly recommended !
