Adam goes into great detail and love the way he teaches, already within the first 28 mins I have so many escapes i can try immediately and high percentage as well.

One of my favourite escaping series
Professor Adam Bradley did a great job of selecting and teaching high percentage escapes, reversals and guard recoveries as well as straight forward submission attacks if directly available as a follow up. There is also the common reverse triangle option from side control bottom. He explains every technique steo by step and grip by grip and points out solutions for less flexible people to get the technique done. He alsi points out really well how to optimize your arms as a fulcrum ro escape or reverse. Highly recommend! By the way the headlock position means the kesa gatame

Found this through following him on Instagram and it has helped me massively when the blue belts get knee on belly on me, I hate it being done to me so much I always used to just give my back because I’m comfortable defending that but now I don’t have too!

Adam Bradley covers a lot of different positions that other instructionals neglect to mention. While you won't find five escapes from every position, or the masterful little details you might see in in the instructional of an older blackbelt, you will find what Adam actually DOES in each of these situations. The fact that Adam learns from and trains with Andre Galvao, at Atos HQ in San Diego, in one of the world's best and most competitive schools/training camps, carries a lot of weight with me. I know that there is no bs here. This instructional has given me one or two options for a lot of bad positions that I simply never had answers for before. A very solid instructional.
