Awesome information for a great price
Clarified a lot of things for me about the weight cutting process, and also good scientific explanations of the basics of nutrition. Still have to watch the performance nutrition section, which I'm quite interested to learn about also.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Really Improved My Recovery!
I felt overtrained, but turns out I was under-recovered! This course really helped me get the most out of my nutrition-based recovery. I thought I knew a fair amount about sports nutrition, but I still learned a lot making the purchase well worth it. It starts out a bit technical, but by the second video, the practical info starts flowing fast! You’ll need a calculator to determine your nutritional targets, and it probably helps to plan your meals at the beginning to make sure you’re hitting those targets. I really like the info on pre and post-workout meals, and I’ve never seen a better review of the weight management and pre-comp weight cutting!
