Good, easy o implement, have had great results. Another item to add to the bag of tricks!
Very well taught and explained
Great instructing, for a technique that was previously considered gimmicky
Fun and unexpected paths to take from half!
Alex is my sensei and the g roll Deff works. It leaves people baffled when I hit it on them from half guard
It was very usefull
Brilliant instructional from the inventor & master of the G-Roll
Alex lays out his G-roll techniques very clearly. If I lock in the z-guard the push up sweep works almost every time and partners are surprised. Can't wait to try some of the other techniques in the instructional.
Clear concise methods using the G-roll. Once the z-guard is locked in this is a very high percentage sweep. Alex details many variations and followups so get you in better positions more often.
Skeptic to believer :)))
Complete game changer when you roll. I can't believe this isn't more popular.
This technique loos weird, but work
Excellent instruction and thorough explanations of techniques in this instructional. The first time I saw a G-roll it thought “yeah right. I’ll just take your back”. Then someone hit me with a solid sweep and made me a believer. I’ve used this technique many times with great success. These moves work!
I saw Hip Clamp(Gi G-Roll) dvd a few years ago. But I'd never seen NoGi G-Roll dvd before I saw this dvd. I prefer this dvd because I can apply this dvd techniques to Gi Jiu-Jitsu. Highly recommended.
Good explanation on this less common technique.
Fun instructional enjoyed watching it. :call_me_hand:

I found an old G roll video a few years back and tried it out. I liked it. Imagine my surprise that he now has a whole system with it. I’m really enjoying it!
I love how sneaky this technique is!
Great video
Alex's instruction is thorough, concise, and easy to understand. I'm very impressed with how versatile the G -Roll is and look forward to trying it on the mats!
Instructional very useful and helpful. The explanations are very clear, easy to follow and practice. Very high recommended.
I have added the G-roll to my game for years now and even taught it to my students who have hit the g-roll in competitions. Alex is a great instructor and he explains things so well. He makes sure he adds the details that really make the difference. Do yourself a favor and purchase this instructional and you won’t regret it #golevelupyourgame
