This system is working well for my daughter off season. She has learned more from this video than she did during season. I just purchased the defense video as well.

I have been taking the training from this amazing video and applying it to my daughter's wrestling for off season work. she is starting to take more and more people down. she just got her first tech. I will be getting f the defense video later today.

Small details make the difference, and this instructional is detailed and effective. Nothing too fancy, just basic and effective takedowns with small details that make a difference. An instructional tape that anyone can benefit from. I recommend to anyone learning takedowns to add to their wrestling or No-GI game.
