• Fantastic instruction, and I'm really trying to get it

  Straight up, this technique is friggin hard to hit. It puts potential torque on your shoulder, elbow, knee, and foot, all while you are getting squished by someone who doesn't want to just lay there and get choked. This instructional gives excellent advice on how to perfect the buggy choke in a variety of situations. I am currently still working on getting this to work and I'm having troubles, but this gives me things to study and improve.

• Short but very detailed. Did you see what they did this ADCC

  Its crazy how young they are and Kade just smashed legends this tournament. Learn from a submission expert instead of the point fighter. Learn to finish and even set it up from Half Guard. I love giving bait.
