• My favourite half-guard instructional

  My first and favourite half guard instructional. Some great techniques that I've applied to my game. Lachlan is the best instructor around - engaging and the right level of explanation vs application. I love that for each technique, Lachlan will demonstrate with no words from a variety of angles and speeds. no one else does this and I find it really effective.

  Everything is well explained. It goes in depth and considers lots of counters, attacks and defenses for what the opponent will do. Sometimes i have the feeling it is too much to bear in mind. I would focus just in few things of each part and try to get the broader concepts out of them.
