I’m really happy I picked up this instructional as it has quickly helped my halfguard go from a defensive mindset to one that allows me to attack, chain sweeps and sub attempts and given me a ton of new leg entanglement options. As a smaller grappler this has really helped give me a major advantage over larger and stronger training partners.
