  1st off, GREAT INSTRUCTION, TECHNIQUES AND BEARD. I would've given a perfect score but I really wanted to see it live in action and there wasn't any rolling footage. Also, the music was distracting. Other than that it was awesome and I can't wait to purchase part2 oss

  Prof Friedman delivers again. This has to be one of the sneakiest techniques in BJJ. Very well taught and demonstrated, this one works right out of the box! Also works in no-gi so there's and added bonus! Brilliant!

• Interesting content, could use more examples

  I think this is a really interesting concept but I feel like the basics of it are rushed and there is more time spent on "breaking bad" style transitions than there is showing the technique from multiple angles. One time just isn't enough to absorb the information and it's a bit annoying to have to rewind constantly.
