Legendary move!! Thanks!
Imanari Roll
First of, the Imanari roll looks really cool. This instructional really breaks down how to execute and also teaches attacks as well.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Roll
Technique and knowledge are without a doubt top level. Just the video with a guy translating it during presentation is wierd. It is still very useful, but i would consider different aproach next time.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Gives good drills to learn the Imanari Roll
I was originally a bit hesitant to pick up an instructional where I didn’t speak the same language as the instructor but I’m glad I did. The information is excellent and the translation was very well done with additional subtitling where they were concerned something wasn’t clear or accurate enough. All kinds of good information on leg attacks including ways to drill and practice the infamous Imanari roll.

Very easy to understand and a great instructional to help understand the complexity of the imanari roll and attacks that follow

Love his leg attacks and his instructions are easy to understand!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Leg entanglement and submission mastery
Sensei Masakazu Imanari provided an explicit contant about his signature move and and leg locks. His brwakdown of the roll is very systematic and easy to catch. So even a 40+ can get it done 😊 Furthermore his explanations of the techniques a reduced to the key points with analogies like 'grip like a rear ***** choke' so that makes it easy to understand although you need some basic knowledge for that. Recommend!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Great technique

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Great instructional
A super fun instructional. A bit difficult to understand the speaking at times. But overall it simplifies a difficult move.
Nice details
Not overly long, but great details. Highly recommend.
Shoot Wrestling
Masakazu Imanari is a top tier Shoot Wrestler from Japan, of the Karl Gotch lineage. Imanari is a very creative guy and this instructional perfectly displays that. Imanari's old school techniques are very relevant to todays grappling and MMA scene.

Straight from the horse’s mouth
It’s always a pleasure to learn a technique from the man who made it
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Imanari and the various entries to ashi garami
I appreciated the different entries and variations of ashi garami that were shown here.

Great but need athleticism but would fine material for Coaching.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Because Imanari Rolls are cool
My kids and I were attracted to the Imanari roll section because it’s cool. Ha. Great teaching. Worth the price for that alone. Started off in another language with no translator then the translation got better. I hope BJJ Fanatics continues to help with Thick accents and other languages. Simple voice overs in post production would help a lot. The leg attacks are mostly stuff you’d learn anyways in a healthy gym but still good and some helpful variations that might work for you.
