Prof. Robson Lima's previous instructional is easy to understand and effective but thos one is also very simple and easy to understand but I am not done yet watching the tutorials. I can't wait to apply it tomorrow in training/rolling!
Cool techniques, but weirdly put together
This DVD definitely delivers on what it says it will, and shows the kimura from a tonne of positions, predominantly half guard. However, the order of the footage seems to have been mixed up and the fundamentals are at the end as opposed to the start which is quite confusing, just something to watch out for. I also think the instructor could have looked a little more at the mechanics of the kimura just so the viewer gets a good idea of why they are performing certain movements. Still a really enjoyable watch though!
