Awesome
All of Jordan's instructionals are great! He has an ability to effectively communicate complex techniques into fundamental theories that work across a variety of positions and technical encounters. Jordan breaks things down that are complicated into easy steps that almost anyone can follow.
Great details on some common chokes
Jordan does an outstanding jobs of giving clear and concise pointers to improve your techniques. I was able to immediately use these concepts to improve my game. I wish he offered more instructionals on fanatics
Great insight into specific mechanics of submissions, really enjoyed.
Excellent instructional Learned some nice tips Fixed my triangle for larger opponents Definitely recommend
Amazing details
Great instructional with very straightforward easy to understand instructions and demonstrations.
quality choking mechanics
Great techniques
I have been following Jordan for a little over a year now on Youtube and his content has been an absolute essential to my training. He has consistently been clear in his demonstration of techniques and it has helped whenever I am trying to achieve those fine tuned details. Keep up the good work.
Jordan's instruction and demonstrations are excellent! You will absolutely understand the mechanics of no-gi chokes, why certain things work and other don't, and how to apply them. The only issues are (1) the camerawork resulted in a lot of blurry shots, and (2) there are a lot of "rabbit trails" that can make things hard to follow.
That exactly what the title says. Jordan take some of the most commons and high percentage chokes and explains thorougly and in details how they work, why, how to use the hand, but often the details are found in how you use the rest of your body to make those choke effective. The patterns shown through this instructional helped me also to correct other chokes, as it is no one particular choke that must be understood but the general principales that can be apply everywhere and Jordan do a good job to make the student understand those.
would like to see more like a takedown or turtle instructional that connects in
Great instructional
Excellent for understanding how to fine tune your chokes
Love this video series very good instruction
It was beneficial to listen to him navigate the videos of his own rolls pointing out what went well and didn't go well. I liked how he was able to easily rewind the video to catch details. This is difficult to talk through and perform with an Uke and he made it really easy to follow.
Video contains awesome details and easy to follow along!
I'm a big fan of Jordan's courses, instructionals and YouTube content. This matched the high standards of his output across the board. I particularly like the ratio of theory to demonstration.

Another great video from Jordan!
Jordan does a great job of explaining the techniques contained within the instructional! He is a very talented teacher and I am very excited to see more courses of his in the future.
I always struggled finishing the head and arm from mount and would have to step off to the side to finish. I watched this and had people tapping in no time
Love Jordans stuff. Lots of great principles, not just techniques.
