More techniques than the bodylock alone
Beneil is a great MMA-fighter. His techniques are very practical. In this instructional he teaches more techniques than the bodylock alone. He teaches the techniques context-based. Highly recommended.

Wonderful instructional. We currently have 2 guys fighting in July against some wrestlers, so this has been helping us reverse engineer more bodylock defense. Appreciate you for it! I absolutely love the structure to beneil's instructionals. They're broken up by situation as opposed to techniques, which I find extremely helpful for knowing when to do what technique.
