Nice system of back takes, retention, and submissions.
I had troubles with turtle breakdowns and following back takes and got precisely what I need, plus lots of stuff on top of that to work on my back attack game. Duarte is not excessively verbose, but his instructions and demonstrations are clear and he provides all the necessary cues to start hitting the techniques right away. Long story short, this instructional exceeded my expectations.
