Incredible nogi choke series that will level up your submission game. I love the details Oleksander provides on setups and finishes for these subs, especially his Darce. Start practicing your Darce the way he shows it in this instructional and I guarantee you will be subbing everyone in your gym from all angles. I cannot recommend this instructional enough!
