  I recommend getting the Systematically Attacking the Legs first because it goes in more detail on the positional goals and breaking mechanics for the positions and submissions. This also pairs well with the Legs to back takes and guard passes. I recommend this to all belt levels.

  I get so much out of each of Gordon's instructions. Such valuable insight is delivered right to your person instantaneously. These dvds are packed with information and may overwhelm the watcher initially. Take chunks at a time and work on them. Integrate them during drilling, Q&A time at the end of class, during open mat and more. My game has grown exponentially. I am grateful for the platform and the instruction from Danaher, Gordon, Lachlan, and more! 100% worth every penny (and then some)!
