  B. P. first is showing sweeps and follow ups to mount and back posltion. Than he shows some submissions either from reverse half guard position itself or after the transition to mount or back pisition. He also offers good kneebar defense. He first shows every technique of a bunch of angles and than guide you through every technique by explaining every step he is executing. Also from a bunch of angles. Highly recommend!
