Refreshing Video
Professor Barbosa is a great teacher. This video will give you a lot of really fun partner drills and will be very enjoyable to watch.
Old School is Best School
One of the most useful instructionals ever. I'm a lightweight and I found all the details give about how to apply pressure precious.

Marco Barbosa's Pressure Passing Manual is a hidden gem. Barbosa explains important guard passing principles and shows how to practice them unlike the majority of guard passing instructionals where the instructors simply show you individual techniques and that's all. I'd say this instructional is great for beginners as well as for more advanced players. The content is short and to the point (about 2 hours) and English interpretation is added to Barbosa's Portuguese explanation. Highly recommended.

Decided to go for this instructional while waiting for the Murilo Santana video to launch. Great details and a lot of fundamental techniques and movements plus a few good drills especially suitable as warm up

The Pressure Passing Manual
So I have become obsessed with pressure passing lately, and I found this DVD to be really helpful with lots of little things, now I’ve only been back on the mats for two weeks since I got this DVD, and I have been incorporating a few things into my game, and I feel for the most part people who are around my skill level don’t stand a chance at keeping me from taking side control or full mount, and then as well dominating those positions! I feel it is a great entry level pressure passing DVD!

Essential pressure passing DVD
The content is great. Mestre Barbosa shows how to build a guard pass and apply it without losing pressure. A must have. Only thing I don't like so much is how the translater talks over Barbksao voice. It would have been better to edit out the original voice completely.
