Easy to understand and I imagine relatively easy to apply. Looking forward to trying this
This is a relatively short instructional but the nuances demonstrated make big differences to the amount of pressure. Worth watching, studying and applying.
This is a good instructional on how to apply pressure, primarily from side mount. This style isn't really part of my game, but it is good to have the information in my arsenal.
This is a must have for all belt levels. The pressure techniques Roy Harris teaches are old school Jiu Jitsu techniques that can help you tire out opponents and give you a big advantage in trialing nd competing. Get this course and improve your game in an afternoon.
Always great material
That was really great
Superbe vidéo qui va droit au but!
Roy Harris demonstrates a variety of obscure details dealing with pressure from several positions. Very concise, articulate and definitely painful!
Great details, excellent concepts & techniques.

excellent concepts & techniques that will improve your game

As always, BJJ Fanatics provides quality instructional content with top instructors. I deepened my understanding of pressure and would recommend this instructional to all levels.
This instructional from Roy Harris is full of details on how to maximize the pressure you put on opponents. Don't miss out on this one!
As an older BJJ player I am always looking for efficient ways to equalize the game. This instructional has given me what I need to cook younger faster opponents, and sometimes even get a tap just from the pressure. An absolute gem!
quick and to the point - Great tips for increasing pressure. pressure from the bottom? very cool
Excellent details on applying pressure in a variety of positions and situations. Plus, there is a nice discussion of when to use pressure and when pressure might be the wrong choice. Highly recommended.
I've followed Prof Harris since the old school days. So when I saw that he has this instructional out I just had to learn from him. Know as the Boa so I know he has good pressure game. This seminar did not dissapoint. If you want to learn how to apply pressure from top and bottom, get this instructional.
This is a hidden gem. While it is short and concise, it really does provide some excellent details on how to maximize your top pressure. Top pressure when applied correctly, can create openings and opportunities for you to advance your position and/or ultimately submit your opponent.
A real seminar. short, concise, straight to the point. No fuss, few principles that will change your game
This is a short but very informative lesson. What you'll find here are old-school techniques many schools do not teach. With the emphasis on sport jiu jitsu in most schools, these old-school techniques are forgotten. You'll learn how to cook people in this lesson. Pressure is something that can be used in many situations to get your opponent to move, which opens up opportunities to go for a submission or even tap them. At the very least, a good pressure game can be used to control someone. In any case, this CD will defiantly improve your game. I highly recommend this CD.
