  Sensei Flavio Canto provided a great instructional about how to get the armbar from closrd guard and out of mount as well as from the turtle top snd belly down top position. He offers specific solodrills to get the techniques and beating the defenses and counters easier. Within every playbook section he covers the couters and how to beat them step by step. Highly recommend!!

• Lots of solo and partner drills

  I had attended his clinic where he showed a bunch of really awesome solo drills. I lamented the fact that I could not remember them all, but they are all on these videos. These videos are also full of gems on techniques, such as why the crosschest leg is more important than crossface leg when executing an armbar from the guard. Highly recommended.
