  The name says it all, there are two positions in Jiu-Jitsu that are synonymous with Roger Gracie, The Guard and The Mount. Amazing Details, Amazing Attacks, and it must be great to start off an instructional working with your Dad who's also an amazing fighter is his own right. Quality product and a must own imo.

• Significantly improved my closed guard

  I bought it as a white belt and although I could not put in practice everything because I just did not yet have the pre requisite skills, most techniques, advices and tips given are usable by any level including white belts. As a improve my game, I will revisit the instructional and review what I miss and learn techniques that may now be more accessible to me. This was definitely worth the investment for me.
