This is an incredible dvd. The details and sequences are incredible. This DVD provides so much value. I’m so glad I purchased it. I buy a lot of grappling DVDs and this one ranks #1 on my list.
This is going to really help my stand up game. Just halfway through, but is a piece of that I can tell is going to be very useful. This instruction was very well explained and much of it looks very usable out of the box. Looking forward to putting it into play.
Great instructions, and well-structured break down process. I would for sure recommend this course to anybody looking to improve their grappling game tremendously.
Really solid stuff!
Everything from Dan is great. His breakdown of the techniques is first class
Dan is the man - another great instructional on one of my favourite techniques
Vallimont demonstrates awesome techniques and communicates effectively. The only thing I find odd is that out of 4 volumes, only the first is on offense from the Russian tie and the other 3 are on defenses against it.
Very good instructional series.
Great instructional Dan Vallimont has good techniques and setups anyone can use to instantly up your game.
Dan shows so many options from the Russian that will lead you to scoring more
This control is great for building a competent standing game that doesn't just fall into judo, single-doubles, or butt scooting and can leverage strong wrestling principles.
Great stuff
great applicability to bjj
This instructional on the 2 on 1 is excellent, encompassing a wide range of entries and finishes. As always, Dan Vallimont stands out as the premier instructor for wrestling tutorials. His clarity and conciseness in instruction reflect both his coaching expertise and athletic prowess.
Dan uses the two on one to set up a lot of great takedowns such as the single and anklepick!
Coach Dan Vallimont shows how to utilize the 2 on 1 aka russian tie AND collar tie to set up and finish shots and throws. He points out the do*s and dont*s very solid and guides to the techniques step by step followed by putting them together up to real pace. Highly recommdend!!
great details and lots of content
cool
Easy to follow and understand! Great instructor
This is a very good break down of the Russian tie and effective techniques of it!
You get a great understanding of the russian tie position. Dan is the John Danaher in wrestling. Highly recommended.
I have learned so much from this instructional. I can truly say I am much more confident in my wrestling abilities... however, I still need a lot of work. Haha =]
Dan does a great job keeping it short, sweet, and to the point. Great moves, great breakdowns and explanations, and I honestly went to class and immediately started working most of the basic concepts with no trouble. Great selection for sure!
Dan Vallimont is a wrestler with a good understanding of the Russian Tie. Dan Vallimont doesn’t talk you to death, but gets right to to subject and then discusses counters and related wrestling techniques. A valuable addition to my library.
Great dvd as it covers more than title
