.
Gordon teaches you the good stuff in this one, even at white belt my opponents have had much greater difficulty passing my guard after this instructional.
Gordon know what to do in every single situation, that is what makes him the goat
great instructional, highly recommend
Good basics
Amazing as always
Easy to understand and apply.
Such a good well organized instructional. I often refer to it after having issues with partners, and my problems are usually quickly resolved after review
out of all the many skills and videos that Gordon Ryan has, I'm pretty sure this is his longest video series. Danaher has said that he recommends his students start with a good foundation of guard retention, to have confidence to then attack from guard. Outstanding material here, that gets into concepts and not just technique.
Really great instructional. Gordon really breaks down each position from both the offensive and defensive side which is incredibly helpful.
good
Chnaged my game!
Has hugely improved my guard retention. Definitely useful especially with open guard attacks DVD.
Great content, production and techniques. Thank you to all at BJJ Fanatics!!!
