The structure of this instructional is really awesome. I like how it starts at how to insert the lasso, since that's what I was doing wrong. Since watching this instructional I've been succesful with lots of sweep attempts from lasso guard. Highly recommend.

Nice alternative to deep/traditional lasso
I play a fair amount of traditional lasso guard, and wanted to try a compimentary alternative. Matt does a great job of explaining entries, submissions, and sweeps from his shallow lasso.
