  Just got this instructional like four days ago and have only been able to watch the first "disc". I was intrigued after picking up Bernardo's Old Guy Fundamental Game Plan during the free offer. Hit this back take in my first gi class after watching during a transition. Finished with a sliding collar choke. FWIW, I'm 61.

• Easy to follow and simple to apply backtake and attack series

  Professor Bernardo Faria provided an easy to follow and simple to apply backtake and attack series around the single strap backtake. The explanaitions are on point and the counters to your opponent's counters are built up in systematical way. I am often struggeling with seat belt backtakes because of a lack of mobility in my left hip and knee. I was able to apply the backtake immediately in sparring. I am looking forward to use it after dfillung a lot!! Highly recommend!!
