lachlan giles is top class
His class is very detail and esay to understand.
I've had this instructional for a few years and still regularly come back to it. Definitely a worthwhile investment.
Awesome instructional! Great work! Very practical!
Detail guidance for kimura armlock
Excellent instructional with great sytems that I have been using in my game since I first watched this. It is extremly well structured and a lot of time has clearly gone into it, making it far more watchable when compared to most other instructionals and easier to navigate for troubleshooting. Would highly recommend this instructional, as well as Lachlan's others too.
This instructional has significantly increased my understanding of the arm lock and has applied well to my game.
Lachlan is an amazing instructor. He gives all the information needed, straight to the point, and everything is practical. The first video contains the information needed to learn quickly the armlock. Then, Lachlan explains in the following videos all the details, the counters, the specific situations... An extremely useful ressource!
Whoa crazy in depth instructional on armlocks from a variety of positions
Amazing series! Highly recommended.
Lachlan is a great, if not the best, teacher out there. He always produces the best instructionals which almost immediatly upgrade your game.
worth it just for the choibar system. Learned a lot about the different leg configurations and the pros/cons of each for countering armbar escapes
Lots of material that is applicable to any experience level. As always, a top quality instructional from Lachlan Giles. At this point, I’m convinced I need to buy every instructional he makes because it has improved my game substantially.
Knowledge transfer
great
Good content
Amazing
Nice
I do really like this instructional it literally feels like you cover every angle of the arm bar. stripping away defence, leg and arm configurations etc. that being said, it is far more faster paced than other instrucionals I have watched. on the other hand, you could argue that this should be used as reference and come back to it. applied the content in rolls and catch arm bars more frequently and is a preferred submission of mine
Especially interesting here are Lachlan Giles takes on the Choi Bar. But also overall a great instructional on all kind of armbars.
As always great details from Lachlan, I improved my arm locks a lot.
Very thorough overview of techniques that involve an armlock. It is part of a system to control, sweep and submit.
I watch a LOT of instructionals and go to a lot of seminars...a LOT...and I wish everyone that makes instructionals would watch how Lachlan does his and take notes. 1) Show the technique from multiple angles without ANY commentary 2) Explain and show the technique in detail 3) Show a summary at the end of each series 4) Show rolling footage with commentary and/or Show the instructor coaching folks through it Perfect instructionals.
Another great Instructional!
Grabbed this on daily deals for a steal! Another amazing instructional by lachlan.
